What You Will Do:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and work area
Handle cash transactions and process payments using a POS system
Upsell and promote menu items and specials
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
What You Will Bring:
Valid Pro-Serve certification is required
Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and preparation
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or kegs if required

What You Will Do:
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations, supervising staff on the floor to ensure seamless service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to quality service standards.
Train, mentor, and supervise front-of-house team members, including servers, and hosts to maintain a high-level of performance and professionalism.
Support scheduling and shift coverage, assigning tasks and adjusting staffing levels to meet service demands.
Actively oversee the service floor, promptly addressing guest concerns, and positively supporting team members through service challenges.
Support monitoring inventory levels and proactively order supplies to meet operational needs.
Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards across all guest-facing areas.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
Support initiatives that contribute to restaurant sales, service excellence, and overall operational success.
Partner with the Restaurant Manager and culinary team to innovate and introduce new menu offerings, and promotions.
Leading from the floor by supporting the team in all areas, assisting customers, and monitoring service flow.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
What You Will Bring:
Recent proven experience in supervising front-of-house restaurant teams, including servers, and hosts, in a high-volume hospitality environment.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and supervising diverse teams.
Demonstrated success supervising day-to-day service operations, including floor oversight, shift execution, guest flow, and service standards.
Strong people-leadership skills, with experience coaching, motivating, and addressing performance or conduct concerns within a service team.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster positive interpersonal relationships.
Current working knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling protocols applicable to front-of-house operations.
Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems for streamlined order processing, inventory management, and basic operational oversight.
Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment, managing multiple priorities and supporting teams with a solutions-focused approach.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving aptitude and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
3-5 years of relevant experience which includes direct responsibility in supervising, scheduling, and supporting front-of-house service teams.
Open availability to work: daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
